Shopping Basics

All products are picked, packed and shipped from Cyprus.

For packaging and shipping, we use only recyclable and up-cyclable materials that are completely plastic-free and compostable.

Little Sustainable Bee will ship the products out for delivery to one of the couriers we collaborate with, within 72 hours of receiving the order.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed (keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on holidays).

We are currently only shipping to Cyprus and at this time, we do not offer international shipping, however we expect in the near future to add more destinations within Europe.

Payments

We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit Card, Master Card or any other Prepaid Visa.

All prices are inclusive of sale taxes.

Shipping & Returns

Little Sustainable Bee will ship the products out for delivery to one of the couriers we collaborate with, within 72 hours of receiving the order.

We provide free returns for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Items will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Some items such as skincare products  may not be returned due to sanitary reasons.

  • Reason for Return

All items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging in order to be accepted.
